Back in the Kitchen

I have not been cooking too much lately, just because we have started walking around the mountain first thing after work. When we return, we aren't really hungry and/or I'm too tired to make anything. We've eaten lots of Campbell's soup.I did, however, make  the Cooking Light's "Baked Feta with Marinara." It was quick and easy; it would be good for entertaining.
