Mah Jongg

We said goodbye to our "Mah Jongg mentor" Ellen tonight with a game at Anna's house. I brought my favorite salad, which everyone liked, too, so here's the recipe: 12 c. torn romaine
2 tomatoes, cut in wedges (or use grape tomatoes)
1 cucumber, peeled, halved, sliced
1/2 green pepper,thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, cut into rings
1/2 c. sliced olives
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
Combine in a salad bowl. Pour dressing over.
Dressing: Combine in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well.
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. lemon juice
2 t. Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. dried thyme
1/8 t. pepper
1 1/4 c. equals 2 WW points

Mah Jongg
Thanks for the recognition! I came across the card where I wrote this web address, and this is what I found! I miss you guys. Now I am in Florida, but my house in GSO is great and definitely expecting a Spring group of mah jongg players. Love, Ellen
