What kind of a world do we live in when a man dressed as a Ramone can beat out the greatest songwriter of our times on VH-1's top 200 icons? Howard Stern is more of a pop icon than Bob Dylan? Who the hell voted on this crap? Granted, I am naturally biased towards Bob Dylan anyways but even the most even - handed judge would say that Dylan has had a bigger influence on pop culture than Howard freakin' Stern.
